The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program that utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs.

TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process.

Even though it has been used for over a decade by many of the top fighters in the world, you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on life’s challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.

What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the 12 guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the TFW system offers endless variety while still focused on producing constant gains.

8 Week Warrior Challenge

The 8 week warrior challenge is designed for beginners and anyone new to the TFW system. What is TFW and what should you expect? A program that helps thousands of people all around the world burn fat, build muscle, and feel good! TFW does this using methods like interval training, circuit training, and weight training. TFW is a group training program that includes motivational stories, nutrition education, and high energy workouts that get results. Edge member price- $300, non-members- $350. The next 8 Week warrior Challenge in Essex begins Monday April 2nd and runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:15pm.
