We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes at our Gauthier Dr. and West Twin Oaks locations as well as Aqua classes at Eastwood Dr. and Morse Dr. Please reserve your spot online, on our app, or by calling the front desk of any location. Click here to check out our current schedules.

The EDGE Group Fitness Beginner Series

Monthly we will offer a beginner or intro to one or more of our classes. Class format, time, date, and location will be on the monthly schedule. Signups required.

Pre-Registration is required for all group fitness classes.

Virtual Classes
Join us in person in our Essex Group Fitness studios for classes held on our big screen. You come in person, and a Les Mills instructor will conduct class over a big screen while you follow along. Learn more about virtual classes here.
