Kerry realized she had a passion for food, nutrition, and fitness as a child cooking with her parents and as a rower in middle and high school.
As a Registered Dietitian, Kerry values creating a trusting and collaborative environment for individuals and families to build or repair their relationships with food and exercise to establish sustainable healthy habits that support total body wellness. Kerry uses evidence-based research, medical history, and lifestyle factors to build an individual plan of care.
Kerry first earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Castleton University, later studying nutrition at the Sage Colleges, and completed a dietetic internship through Oakwood University.
Kerry loves spending quality time with her three boys (husband, son, and dog Patrick), trying new recipes, and enjoying the outdoors.
