Personal Training Services
Personal Training is a great way to get started with your fitness journey or enhance your already established routine. Our Certified Personal Trainers are here to ensure you get the most out of each session by creating a safe and effective environment, designing training programs specific to your goals, and providing live feedback on form and technique. By working with a trainer, you can take the guesswork out of exercise selection and periodization to ensure you’re on a direct path to your fitness and wellness goals. Additional benefits of working with a trainer include motivation, accountability, confidence, and FUN!
Cost: $60 per hour/Members or $70 per hour/Non-members
Our Fitness Orientation is our introductory, welcome session to the EDGE’s fitness center with a trainer. It includes a facility tour, equipment use rules, and the fitness center policies and guidelines. More specifically, it’s an opportunity to learn how to safely and effectively exercise on the equipment available within the facility and get the most out of your membership. Trainers will review how to adjust and utilize machines and provide you with guided notes on your specific measurements for reference during your next workout session. This session is complimentary with every new membership.
A Fitness Orientation includes: ● Facility Tour ● Warm Up Demo ● Equipment/Exercise Demos ● Guided Notes on Equipment Settings and Measurements

Our Session Zero is an introductory session for our Personal Training Program. To get started, you will be paired with an EDGE certified personal trainer based on your training preferences. The Session Zero gives you time to meet the trainer, review health/injury history, and discuss goals. The trainer will provide a demo workout to assess your current fitness status and movement patterns and give their best recommendation on how to proceed with personal training sessions.
A Session Zero Includes: ● Fitness/Health Consultation ● Warm Up Demo ● Sample Workout/Movement Analysis ● Individualized Recommendations for Training
