Michael Porter – Personal Trainer

For almost 20 years now, Michael has been training individuals & teams of all ages and abilities; make lasting changes and reaching goals they previously were unable to reach. Whether it’s youth athletes learning the basics of movement, college athletes looking for that edge on the competition or everyday adults wanting gain strength and improve their quality of life, Michael prides himself on helping them along the way.  Throughout the years, he has attained a number of training certifications (NASM, NCSF, USAW) and has been trained by some of the best trainers in the world.  As a lifelong athlete, he grew up playing a variety of sports and still remains active skiing, golfing, weight training, hiking and coaching football.
Michael trains out of the Eastwood and Essex locations and is available by appointment.
