
Nida Peleda – Personal Trainer
Nida is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and current Master of Science in Dietetics student at the University of Vermont. With over six years of coaching experience, she has worked with clients of all fitness levels in both group and personal training settings.
Nida’s athletic background includes track & field and eight years of competitive rowing, including four years as a Division I athlete at George Mason University. Today, she stays active through marathon training, strength training, yoga, Pilates, bouldering, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.
Nida enjoys working with clients of all experience levels, especially those looking to challenge themselves and build lasting confidence. Her experience includes helping clients improve strength and overall fitness, support postpartum recovery, and achieve sustainable weight-loss and lifestyle goals.
With a holistic approach to fitness, Nida believes movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset all play an important role in long-term health. She strives to create a supportive, challenging, and enjoyable environment where clients feel empowered to reach their goals.
