InBody Assessments
Find out what you’re made of! Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight. Traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond the number on the scale, body composition analysis breaks down your body into: fat mass, lean body mass, body water, and inflammation. The InBody calculates the user’s individual resting metabolic rate (RMR), providing individuals with their baseline caloric needs.

Next Steps Diabetes Program
Join us for a comprehensive 8-week program focusing on the positive impact of nutrition and exercise to improve Type II Diabetes. Through the support of your peers, a Registered Dietitian, and an exercise specialist, you will gain the knowledge, guidance, and confidence to improve your health.
