Game Play

4th-6th Grade

Our GAME PLAY class focuses on sparking an interest in fitness and wellness in kids by our coaches teaching plyometrics, agility, and sprint techniques in a fast-paced, fun environment. Kids will build teamwork, motivation, and critical thinking skills through various games and challenges. All skill and experience levels are welcome to join the fun!

Strength

7th-12th Grade

Our STRENGTH class focuses on building a proper foundation of technique on weight training for young adults. This class incorporates a variety of modalities including explosive movement patterns, barbells, and accessory work. Our coaches put in the time and attention needed for all participants to have adequate form to prevent injury and reach their potential.

Conditioning

7th-12th Grade

Our CONDITIONING class focuses on the improvement of heart rate recovery, increased work capacity, and decreased resting heart rate. Each session includes a dynamic warm up, a challenging conditioning block, and an in-depth cool down focused on injury prevention. Each session provides students friendly competition, accountability, and teamwork.

Semi-Private Training

All Ages

Our semi-private training program encompasses all of the training modalities, drills, and games as our Cutting EDGE classes but within a smaller, more private setting. This is a great way for kids and young adults to train with a group of friends or teammates who have similar goals. These sessions offer training plans that best fit the groups’ needs and a flexible schedule with a designated coach.
1:1 Training

All Ages

1:1 Personal Training is offered to kids and young adults who are looking to advance their training to the next level with an individualized plan created specifically for their goals. 1:1 plans can include strength, conditioning or a combination of both and frequency/duration of sessions are completely customizable. Coaches will help to recommend a training plan based on the individual’s assessment and goals.
