Bio

Stephanie graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a BS in Physical Therapy and has worked in VT ever since. She began working at The Edge PT in 2012. She has broad experience working with sports/athletic injuries, chronic pain, post op rehab, work injuries, and geriatric clients. She completed UVM’s Health and Wellness Coach certification program in 2024. Her passion is the use of an integrative/holistic approach to physical therapy that focuses on the whole person to target the root of dysfunction, maximize the body’s self-healing mechanisms and pay close attention to the connection between the mind and body.
