Personal Trainer; Martial Arts Instructor; Bootcamp Instructor
Brian began his fitness journey in 1976. He holds certifications from ACSM and NASM, along with various martial arts degrees.
Brian enjoys training in karate, tai chi, aikido, and qi gong. He has taught martial arts and self-defense classes.
Currently, Brian is teaching Les Mills Body Combat, Core, and Thrive. He teaches Qi Gong and the Fit for Life classes at both the Essex Edge and S. Burlington Edge.
