What to Know Before You Go:
Sign up ahead of time
Registration for all classes opens 3 days in advance on the EDGE app, online, or by calling the front desk of any location. Active & Ultimate EDGE members can register for free.
Show up on time
Try to arrive a few minutes early to set up and settle in. Some instructors may wait an extra minute or two to start if members are still getting ready, but starting on time helps the class stay on track (as well as those that follow).
It’s a judgment-free zone
There’s no pressure to keep up or get every move perfect. These classes are about progress, not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by people who are all showing up to feel stronger, more balanced, and more energized, just like you.
You’ll get a great workout
Whether it feels like your best class or you’re just trying to make it through the day, showing up always counts. Every class moves you closer to your goals, your way—and you’ll leave feeling better than when you walked in.
