What is TRIBE Team Training

TRIBE Team Training is a 6-week program that bridges the gap between personal training and group fitness. It gives participants the group feel, with one-on-one coaching in a strong team atmosphere. The team environment is a proven way to safely increase training potential while respecting individuals’ goals, and has the added benefits of providing the coaching, programming, and the team accountability that will take our members training to a new level.
