Sarah Miller

Sarah is certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine and specializes in barbell and kettlebell weightlifting, as well as circuit-style HIIT training for all levels. She holds 2 degrees from Hendrix College in Psychology and French and competed as a dancer and track athlete through college. With her background in health psychology, Sarah loves to help her clients gain confidence both in and out of the gym through progressive programming and controlled challenges.
