Bio: I competitively played basketball at the collegiate level and had a very successful individual career. Growing up, my father was a powerlifter, which led me to appreciate the importance of strength and conditioning from a very young age. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in sport psychology. I am trained as a psychotherapist in the State of Vermont, and am trained in strength and conditioning, as well, being a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC). I am also actively working towards being a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and intend to be the first from the State of Vermont. I am a professional affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 47, which is the Division for Sport and Exercise Psychology. I’ve had the opportunity to bridge the gap between my personal, professional, and academic experiences in the work that I do as a trainer and continue to use my unique background and set of skills to help clients of all levels develop personal goals and implement strategies to help them achieve these goals and reach their full potential. I believe that small, intentional efforts yield large, meaningful results, and use this belief in the work that I do with all of my clients.
