About Me

Dominick discovered the importance of weight training and corrective exercise training his Junior year in high school after a hockey injury. He played on the Vermont Lumberjacks Junior team and Essex Boys Varsity Ice Hockey Team for all four years and was named a captain for his senior season. Dominick was also named for the Rotary game and Team Vermont in the Make a Wish game. He also spent time as a power skating instructor at Laura Stamm International Power Skating System. Here, he instructed students of all ages ranging from youth hockey players to college players.

He is currently studying Exercise Science through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as he is always looking to further his education. Dominick is a firm believer that proper kinetic chain movement will result in a successful training program. He greatly enjoys seeing his clients reach their goals and speaking about the importance of staying active. Dominick is determined, passionate, driven and is always striving to grow. In his free time, he enjoys working out, reading, and watching sports.
