Reservations are required for the following:

    How To Reserve

    There are three ways for members to make reservations:

    1. Online: Use your member username and password to log in via the Member Login button on our home page, or use this link.
    2. By Phone: Call us at 802-860-3343.
    3. In Person: Stop by our front desk when you’re in the club and one of our staff members will assist you.

    When To Reserve

    Reservation windows open for members 3 days in advance. We have revolving times that reservations open to allow our staff to be able to assist members. Reservation windows open at the following times for the following services:
    Fitness Center: 5:00am beginning 3 days in advance (Essex and Eastwood only)
    Pools: 6:55am beginning 3 days in advance (Williston only – Essex & Eastwood Drive Lap Pools are first come, first served. Program Pool Reservations are required at all sites).
    Tennis Courts: 7:30am beginning 3 days in advance (Essex, Eastwood, & Twin Oaks only)
    Group Fitness & Indoor Cycling: 11:00am beginning 3 days in advance (All locations)
    Pickleball: 8:00am beginning 3 days in advance (Eastwood only, *by phone only*)

    How to Make an Online Reservation

    Pool Lanes & Tennis Courts

    1. Select “Member Login” from our www.edgevt.com homepage.
    2. Log in with your username and password. (If you do not have a username or password, contact your Membership Director or email anniem@edgevt.com).
    3. Select “Booking Reservations”
    4. Be sure to select the correct location, then select the service you would like to reserve.

    If using an Android or PC Computer:

    • Select the date and duration for when you would like to play or swim and click “Continue”
    • Select your preferred Court or Swim Lane (or leave all selected if you have no preference), and click “Search”
    • Scroll down and choose a lane or court and time that works best for you, and click “Continue” or “Add to Cart” (“Add to Cart” will appear if it is a service that will require payment)
    • Select the Host of the reservation by checking the circle in the right-hand column and click “Continue to Cart”
    • Complete payment if necessary
    • Your final page will have your reservation information along with a large “Thank You!” message. You will receive a confirmation email from info@edgevt.com.

    If using an Apple product (iPhone, iPad, or Mac):

    • Select the duration and click “Continue.” The date will appear greyed out on today’s date. If you wish to reserve for a future date, still click “Continue.” You can update the date on the next step.
    • Select your preferred Court or Swim Lane (or leave all selected if you have no preference), and click “Search”
    • Scroll down, and click on “Calendar View” on the right hand side. If you wish to reserve for a time other than today’s date, use the black arrow on the right side of the date to adjust to the desired day.
    • Choose a lane or court and time that works best for you and click “Continue” or “Add to Cart” (“Add to Cart” will appear if it is a service that will require payment)
    • Select the host of the reservation by checking the circle in the right-hand column and click “Continue to Cart”
    • Complete payment if necessary

    Your final page will have your reservation information along with a large “Thank You!” message. You will receive a confirmation email from info@edgevt.com.

    Group Fitness Classes

    1. Select “Member Login” from our www.edgevt.com homepage.
    2. Log in with your username and password.
    3. Select “Classes/Clinics”
    4. Be sure to select the correct location, then scroll down and select the class you would like to take and select it.
    5. Select “Enroll”
    6. Select “Register.” You will receive an email confirmation from info@edgevt.com.

    Fitness Center Reservations

    1. Select “Member Login” from our www.edgevt.com homepage.
    2. Log in with your username and password.
    3. Select “Classes/Clinics”
    4. Be sure to select the correct location, then navigate to the desired time slot and select “Fitness Center Reservation”
    5. Select “Enroll”
    6. Select “Register.” You should receive an email confirmation from info@edgevt.com.

    How to Cancel a Reservation

    Out of respect to your fellow members, we ask you to please cancel any reservations you will not be able to attend. You can do so online or by phone at 802-860-3343.

    To cancel a reservation online:
    1. Select “Member Login” from our www.edgevt.com homepage.
    2. Log in with your username and password.
    3. Select “Account Information”
    4. Select “Reservation Report,” select the date, find the reservation you are looking to cancel, and select “Cancel” OR select “Account Summary,” scroll to “Current Reservations” and cancel.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policies

    • If you do not plan on coming to your scheduled booking, please cancel your reservation by calling the club at 802-860-3343, via your online account, or by emailing info@edgevt.com.
    • There is no penalty for cancelling your reservation as long as it is done prior to your reservation
    • If you are running late for your reservation, please call the front desk to alert them that you are planning on coming and your reservation will be held. Members who are more than 5 minutes late without a phone call to the front desk will relinquish their spot if someone is waiting for it
    • The EDGE tracks members who no-show for reservations without calling or cancelling. The following measures are taken and offenses are issued per calendar month:
      1st No-Show Offense = warning
      2nd No-Show Offense = loss of reservation privileges for all services for 1 week
      3rd No-Show Offense = loss of reservation privileges for 2 weeks
    • For group reservations, the person who books the reservation will be held responsible for cancelling the reservation for their group
    • Only one reservation may be made by phone per call. Multiple reservations must be made by making separate phone calls to allow a fair
    • opportunity for waiting members to make reservations.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    I can’t remember by login information. Where do I get new credentials?
    Contact your Membership Director or email anniem@edgevt.com for assistance.

    Where can I find a list of my current reservations?
    There are two places to find your current reservations.

    1. Go to Account Information > Reservation Report. Select the dates and locations you would like to see your reservations for. This will also show the reservations for sub-members on your account.
    2. Go to Account Information > Account Summary. Scroll down to “Current Reservations.” You will be able to see your upcoming reservations there.

    Why am I getting a yellow triangle next to my name that is preventing me from booking?
    A yellow triangle will appear next to your name if you are:
    a) attempting to book prior to the booking window opening
    b) you are not eligible for the service
    c) you and another person attempted to book the same service in the same location at the same time. This can occur when the booking window opens and there is a lot of traffic on our booking system.

    Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?
    On occasion, a member will accidentally subscribe, or there may be a typo in the email we have for you on file. If you have any questions, please contact your Membership Director or email anniem@edgevt.com.

    I wasn’t booked for a reservation I thought I had. What happened?
    When booking online, it can be easy to accidentally select a wrong time, day, or location for a service – these things happen! To ensure your reservation was booked properly, be sure to double check the information on the confirmation email you receive from info@edgevt.com, or check your Current Reservations to make sure your reservation was booked as desired.

    I can’t find Pickleball reservations online. Where do I find them?
    Pickleball reservations can be made by phone only at 802-658-0002.

    Do you have a mobile app?
    At this time, we do not have a mobile app. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
