Training for Warriors
The Training For Warriors system is a physical and mental training program that utilizes ongoing evaluation and feedback to adapt specific strength and conditioning protocols to best fit a warrior’s needs.
TFW encompasses detailed warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process.
Even though it has been used for over a decade by many of the top fighters in the world, you do not have to be a fighter to use the TFW system, but you do have to be a warrior. The TFW system was designed to develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude to take on life’s challenges. Today, many top athletes in a number of professional sports are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.
What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its holistic approach to training. 8 Week Warrior Challenge
The next Training for Warriors (TFW) 8 Week Warrior Challenge begins Monday March 27th at 6:15pm and will run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the same time.
What is TFW and what should you expect? A program that helps thousands of people all around the world burn fat, build muscle, and feel good! TFW does this using methods like interval training, circuit training, and weight training. Darcey took on the 8 Week Warrior challenge, and even though she missed two weeks she lost 7lbs of pure body fat, gained 3.5lbs of muscle, and lost an inch and a half from her waist! She has continued her training in the Training for Warriors program since.
