The EDGE Aquatics provides a diverse selection of aquatics fitness programs to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our wide-ranging aquatics classes are given frequently so that you can attend the one that is most convenient for you. Aquatic Body Conditioning
A moderate to high intensity cardio segment and muscle conditioning followed by stretching.
This class is held in the competition pool at E2. Start with a warm up and then increase intensity using a step in the water for a moderate to intense workout.
Get your heart working in the cardio segment, then strengthen muscle and improve balance and coordination for a well rounded workout.
An energetic aqua workout designed to challenge and condition the entire body.
The morning class that gets your day started right! Class includes a warm-up, 30 – 40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise, followed by a cool down and stretching.
This moderate to high intensity class combines stationary exercises with cross current exercises. An intense cardio segment followed by strength training.
Alternate between aerobic intervals and active recovery for a great cardio and calorie burning workout.
Designed specifically for seniors, this class uses low intensity moves, stretching and toning for a complete workout.
