Bio

Serena joined The Edge Physical Therapy at their Essex location in 2009. Her approach incorporates manual techniques and Postural Restoration to restore the body’s own ability to heal and achieve wellness. A 1999 graduate of UVM, Serena specializes in Aquatic Therapy, Craniosacral therapy, Graston technique and Lymphatic Drainage in addition to traditional Physical Therapy techniques so that patients can return to normal function and get back to the activities that bring them joy and wellbeing. When not in the clinic, Serena can be found performing with Lyric Theatre, where she currently serves as the Chair of their Board of Directors. Serena enjoys practicing yoga, as well as spending time in Burlington with her husband Don, and their two dogs, Medley and Minnie.
