Ren has been a personal trainer and group instructor for the past 6 years. During this time he has worked with a variety of people with different goals. Now his primary focus is helping others lose weight and improve their lives through fitness and personal development. In September of 2015 he became a Certified Training for Warriors (TFW) instructor and currently helps to run the program in Essex.

Ren’s approach to personal training includes a comprehensive blend of corrective exercise, postural realignment, strength training, metabolic (cardiovascular) conditioning, and habit based coaching for long term results.
