Experience: After practicing yoga for almost 20 years, I have steadily found my place. Over the last five years, I have encountered some wonderful mentors that encouraged me and extended my yoga practice towards teaching in a wide variety of venues including teaching privately. I continue to study and develop my yoga love under the guidance of Kathy McNames at Yoga Vermont. I am a 200 E-RYT working towards my 500 hour certification. Yoga is life and my life is about being the best mother, wife, daughter and friend to those who I am lucky enough to spend each day with.
Availability: Mondays 10:15am – 2:15pm, Tuesdays 11:45am – 2:15pm, Wednesdays & Fridays 10:30am – 2:15pm
