Coach Ren has been certified as a TFW Coach since 2015 and has been running the on ramp programs in both Essex and Williston since that time. He has been in the health and fitness industry for nearly 10 years and has worked with people from a variety of populations including beginners, individuals looking for weight loss, strength building, but most of all he enjoys making fitness fun for everyone and seeing participants make both physical and mental progress through fitness and lifestyle change.
Ren has competed in team sports in high school, martial arts during his college years, and participated in several spartan races. Now he focuses on building up and inspiring others and spending time with his family and community.
