Year-Round Programming

Little Speedsters

Who: Kids ages 5&6
When: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday’s from 4:30-5:30pm – The first 4 week block of Little Speeders starts on Monday 9/11
Cost: $48 for 4 sessions ($12 per session) or $80 for 8 sessions ($10 per session) with a drop in rate of $15 per session. All drop-in children must pre-register so we have their information and participation waiver on file.
Class Description: This 60 minute class aids in the physical development of 5 and 6 year olds by including movement and balance training, and of course FUN! Class size is capped at 6 children to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for those enrolled. Sessions will be coached by Parisi Certified Staff that have specialty training in working with the development of young kids.

Jump Start (JS)

Who: Boys and Girls ages 7-11
When: Monday – Saturday every week. The times of these sessions vary depending on the school calendar.
Training Options: We offer a variety of membership offerings from punch cards to monthly unlimited memberships. Typically we ask families to evaluation how long they would like to train for (i.e. 3 months prior to their season, etc.) as well as the number of sessions the athlete would like to attend per week.
Class Description: Jump Start is a developmental program that helps young athletes (ages 7-11) enhance coordination, relative body strength, speed, and agility while working in a fun structured environment. All activities in the Jump Start program are evidence based and proven to be safe and effective for this age group.

Total Performance (TP)

Who: Boys and Girls ages 12-18
When: Monday – Saturday every week. The times of these sessions vary depending on the school calendar.

Class Description: Total Performance is for the adolescent and teenage athlete (ages 12-18) looking to make the jump in to more competitive sports. Focusing on our linear speed, change of direction, and total body strength, TP athletes have an EDGE on their competition.

1on1 Athlete Rehabilitation

Who: Athlete’s looking to begin return to performance (RTP) protocols after being cleared by a Surgeon or Physical Therapist
When: All sessions are scheduled by appointment with Athletic Trainer, Shannon Bouvier
Training Options: 30 and 60 minute training sessions are available at $25 per 30 minutes and/or $40 per 60 minute session. No session minimum required.
Session Description: Understanding that each athlete must under-go their own unique rehabilitation and return to performance program, we customize each session to meet the needs and requirement of every athlete.

Specialty Programming

P.E.A.K.90

Who: Collegiate and Prep-School athletes
When: Seasonal offerings during the summer and winter school breaks
Training Options: PEAK90 is offered in unlimited and session-based offerings. Please inquire at 488-3278 or CaseyL@EdgeVT.com for current PEAK90 offerings.
Class Description: Our most advanced training program. PEAK90 is a semi-private program for athletes looking to excel at the varsity, prep school, and/or collegiate level. These 90 minute training sessions utilize a combination of advanced speed & plyometric training protocols as well as a customized strength training program to take the athletes abilities to the next level.

Learn to Lift

Who: Boys and Girls ages 8, 9 & 10
When: Monday/Thursday OR Wednesday/Friday from 3:30-4:30pm
Spring 2018 Sessions to be announced soon.
Cost: $89 per athlete
Class Description: Our most advanced training program. PEAK90 is a semi-private program for athletes looking to excel at the varsity, prep school, and/or collegiate level. These 90 minute training sessions utilize a combination of advanced speed & plyometric training protocols as well as a customized strength training program to take the athletes abilities to the next level.

Team Training

Who: Teams and organizations looking to add a strength and conditioning component to their existing sport practice or club structure. There is no age group specifics for this as Parisi has worked with youth/developmental organizations all the way up to the Division 1 and Semi-Pro level.
When: All team training is designed to fit the time/schedule of the organization inquiring.
Cost: There is no set cost for team training as each program has different needs and accommodations. Variables we do consider are 1) are you training in our Parisi facility or are we coming to you? 2) Size of the team 3) total number of sessions 4) equipment we have to transport or provide.
Class Description: The Parisi Team Training is truly unique. On top of our staff being Parisi Speed and Agility certified, we have a full performance staff ranging from Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (NSCA-CSCS) to Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists on staff. We have worked with teams in various settings whether it be off-season programming, in-season maintenance, or off-season development. Each team has specific needs, to which we always cater our program to.
